Step 1: Requirement Requisition from Clients
Action: Receive detailed requirements from clients outlining the specific skills, experience, and attributes needed for the talent acquisition.

Decision Point: Assess whether the required talent is available within the internal talent pool.

Step 3A: Internal Talent Selection
Process
- Action 1: Search the internal talent pool for candidates who match the client’s requisition.
- Action 2: Evaluate internal candidates based on their qualifications, experience, and alignment with the client’s requirements.
- Action 3: Groeinnov8 will select the best-suited candidate(s) and prepare a detailed profile for client review.
- Action 4: Present the selected candidate(s) to the client for final approval.
Step 3B: External Talent Acquisition Process
- Action 1: Begin the external recruitment process by defining the job description and required qualifications based on the client's requisition.
- Action 2: Source candidates through various channels, including job portals, recruitment agencies, social media, and professional networks.
- Action 3: Review resumes to shortlist candidates who meet the required qualifications and experience.
- Action 4: Groeinnov8 conduct preliminary assessment rounds, which include:
– Tests: Technical and aptitude tests tailored to the job requirements.
– Expert Interviews: Interviews conducted by subject matter experts to evaluate candidates’ skills, experience, and cultural fit.
- Action 5: Shortlist the top-performing candidates based on the preliminary assessments.
- Action 6: Prepare and present detailed profiles of the shortlisted candidates to the client for final selection.
Step 4: Final Selection & Onboarding
- Action 1: Assist the client in the final selection process, which may include additional interviews or assessments.
- Action 2: Facilitate the onboarding process for the selected candidates, ensuring a smooth transition into the client’s organization.
- Action 3: Provide ongoing support and training as needed to help the new hires integrate and succeed in their roles.
